HEALTH GUARANTEE

Terms & Conditions

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and  free of communicable diseases when purchased. 

If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be in poor health within 72 hours after the buyer has taken possession, we promise to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy. 

We are not responsible for any expenses that you may incur, and a refund will only be honored upon receipt of a written statement  from a licensed veterinarian   

Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from any pre existing condition(s) or congenital defects for one year from date of birth. If you find your puppy has a congential defect(s), you may return puppy at your own expense accompanied with a written statement from a licensed professional upon availability of a puppy of the same breed sex, and price you can choose a new puppy.

We do not warranty against injury, accidental death, or everyday illnesses once the purchaser assumes responsibility of this puppy.  There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: Coccidia, kennel cough, cancer, scabies, sarcoptic mange, growths, allergies and other autoimmune system disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. We do not cover “cherry eye” as it is a common in the breed and is not genetic or hereditary. We do cover any genetic defects except uneven bites or umbilical hernia.  

We allow 72 hours from time of delivery of the puppy to rescind this transaction and return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price except deposit is nonrefundable. We do not give full refund unless there is a legitimate health concerns validated by a professional. 

At any time during this boxer’s life should the purchaser become unable or unwilling to care for the dog, Cedar Creek Boxers reserves the right to have first priority to adopt puppy. This puppy is not to be sold or re-homed without prior consent.  We reserve the right to deny the sale of any puppy if we do not feel that the placement is appropriate. We only place our puppies with families that are seeking a lifetime companion. These puppies are raised and cared for as a part of our family and we do not want to see them end up in a shelter or a puppy mill. 

Please take your vaccine history record we send with you to your veterinarian.  It is important you keep your vaccines, deworming, and boosters up to date for your pet.   

 

It is your responsibility to take good care of  your puppy and provide it with adequate food, water,  shelter and veterinary care.
